Challenge
FRENCHI needed its own loyalty program: a single digital card, clear membership tiers and cashback, automatic points for real purchases, and sign-in through the channels customers already use — without a separate app in the stores.
Solution
We built a turnkey loyalty program: a web app plus VK and Telegram mini-apps with a single digital card (front and back), a Bronze → Silver → Gold → Platinum tier system and 3–10% cashback. Points are awarded automatically from receipts: the user scans a QR code, the receipt is verified through the Russian Federal Tax Service (FNS), and FRENCHI items are counted. Authentication via VK, Telegram or phone number (one account per phone, confirmed by flash-call and SMS through Plusofon). For the brand — an admin panel with dashboards (Overview, LTV, Receipts), Excel export, CMS banners and broadcasts to VK / Telegram / SMS.
Result
Launched a unified loyalty program with a digital card, automatic points for receipts and cashback up to 10% across 4 tiers. Customers sign in via VK, Telegram or phone with no app install; the brand gained analytics (LTV, receipts, exports) and marketing tools — banners and multichannel broadcasts.
